Two bedroom condos have from 1,916 to 3,021 square feet of space. Condos are almost exclusively 2 or 3 bedrooms. The Residences at 900 are in the same building as 132 E Delaware and The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, but their entrance is on the north side of the building at 77 E Walton.
